About me

I have often described myself as a Renaissance woman as I have a wide range of passions and practices: yoga, meditation, reading, fitness, organic gardening, healthy cooking, real estate investment, and travel.  My interest in healthy living and personal development led me to the fields of coaching, Reiki, and wellness.

I have owned Balance with Grace since 2000.  I draw from many life and work experiences to serve my clients.  My diverse background includes training and development, career planning and placement, and sales.  I received my B.A. from the College of William and Mary and am a graduate of Coach U, The Evolutionary Institute, and Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training. I am a faculty member for Coach U and have earned their Professional Mentor Coach designation.  I'm an active member of the International Coach Federation, ICF, and have earned their PCC certification.  I am a Past President of ICF-New England and was voted ICF-NE Life Coach of the year in 2012.

Having personally experienced the squeeze of the sandwich generation, the overwhelm of running home-based businesses, and the frustration of health challenges, I have learned how to follow the energy of what wants to happen and take inspired action.  I empower my clients to do the same.  Knowing that there is no set formula for achieving balance, success or optimal health, I partner with clients to find approaches that are uniquely suited to them.
